The package includes one mylar balloon featuring bats and one dozen plastic graveyard cupcake picks. ---- Mark and Drew Lane developed easy to make balloon sculptures. Having owned run a discount party supply store, they found that people came in looking for a "wow factor", but where on a tight budget. By removing the need for helium they reduced the price of the sculptures. --- The sculptures where usually made while customers waited. They had to be created in a few minutes.
