This balloon is great. It is actually 3-D. The front of the balloon features Grimm, while the back features: LOVE YOU!!! There are hearts all over. This great looking foil balloon is helium quality and will inflate up to 18 inches. The balloon has been high altitude tested....and failed. Not recommended for higher altitudes with thinner air (Colorado, Wyoming, Mountain towns, etc). The closer to sea level the balloon is, the strong it will be.
