Returns cost both the seller and the buyer time and money. In order to provide the best prices and service possible, we try and remove the need to return an item. Please email us with any questions before making your purchase.

Please read the listings and if we have managed to confuse you or leave out some important information, please let us know. Many of the items we sell are small. If the listing states the size of the item is an inch, then the item is an inch tall. Coming from Texas stock, I know Texans believe everything in Texas is bigger, but an inch is an inch.... even in Texas. If you are not sure if the item(s) will work for your project, please let us know and we will give you an honest answer on weather we feel our items are best for you.

If we make a mistake, we will stand behind service and make efforts to correct the mistake. Proudly, mistakes do not happen often, but we do make mistakes. If we made a mistake, please bring it to our attention so we can fix it.

If the item is not what you believed it would be and you wish to return it, email us and let us know how we can better list the item so there will be less confusion with future purchases. We refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping) and a 15% restocking fee. The item(s) need to be returned in the same condition received.
